Townspeople’s is a program designed to provide access to affordable housing to residents of San Diego, especially those living with HIV/AIDS. They also offer other services free of cost.

Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA) AND Section 8 waiting list

This housing program is administrated by the County of San Diego Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). It is designed to meet the housing needs of the low-income living with HIV/AIDS individuals and their families.
